In the subsidy application process, document submission from applicants and management of application progress were done on paper, which meant that it took a lot of time to understand the application status.In addition, there was a risk of application documents being lost, delays in information sharing between staff, and the effort required to notify applicants of progress, which led to serious problems that reduced work efficiency.
System Overview
We have developed an online system that can centrally manage everything from subsidy applications to progress management. Applicants submit the necessary documents online, and administrators can check the status of all applications at a glance from a dedicated management screen. With reliable information management using a database, we have implemented functions such as tracking application stages, automatic notifications to responsible parties, and output of progress reports.

By completely digitizing application procedures, we have achieved more efficient document management and eliminated the risk of loss. The list display function on the management screen has dramatically improved understanding of application progress, and it is now possible to quickly report the status to applicants.
