At private tutoring schools, students' learning progress, grades, and lesson schedules were all managed in separate Excel files, which meant that sharing information between instructors and reporting to parents took a lot of time. It was necessary to refer to multiple files for each student, which led to inefficient information management, such as missing data updates, duplicate entries, and the risk of class records being lost, creating serious problems that hindered the improvement of educational quality.
System Overview
We have developed an online system that can centrally manage everything from student learning management to class operation. Instructors can record classes and register homework from a dedicated screen, and administrators can check students' grade progress and attendance status on a list. With reliable information management using a database, we have implemented functions such as tracking the progress of individual curriculums and visualizing learning history.
