An online system that can centrally manage everything from caddy shift management to communication tasks

In the caddie dispatch business, shift management was done on an Excel base, and managers had to contact each caddie individually and manually. Every time a shift adjustment was made, multiple files had to be updated and each caddie had to be contacted by phone or email, resulting in a huge amount of management work. In addition, inefficient information management, such as missed or overlapping contacts when shift changes occurred and difficulty for caddies to understand their work schedules, was a major burden on business operations.

System Overview

We have developed an online system that can centrally manage everything from caddie shift management to communication. Administrators can create and change shifts from a dedicated management screen, and the system automatically sends notifications to the relevant caddies. Caddies can check their own shifts and request changes from their personal screens, and reliable information management using a database has implemented functions such as shift adjustment history tracking, bulk notification functions, and work performance aggregation.

Benefits of implementation

By completely digitizing shift management, the complexity of Excel management and the effort of individual contact have been significantly reduced. The automatic notification function prevents missed contact and allows caddies to check work schedules in real time.
